COMURHEX is the leading European producer of nitrogen fluoride and produces fluoride compounds for the automotive and electronics industries. Nitrogen fluoride is used to waterproof plastic gasoline tanks.

The plastic is treated to keep gasoline fumes from seeping through the tank, making it safer, more cost-effective and more environmentally harmless.
