Fluorine for the micro-electronics field

European leader in fluorine production, COMURHEX has developed a range of fluorine-based components for the electronics industry. Tungsten hexafluoride (WF6) is an industrial gas used to manufacture a variety of modern communications tools such as cell phones, smart cards, etc.

WF6 can also be used in the metal-working field to manufacture cutting tools from layers of extremely hard refractory materials for example.
