The Future of Nuclear Power: AREVA responds to the UK Government's consultation document - October 10, 2007


On October 1st, 2007, AREVA presented to the British Government a detailed contribution to the country’s White Paper on the role of nuclear power in a low carbon economy. AREVA regards this consultation process as very important both for the UK and internationally.

The group strongly supports the UK Government’s views on new nuclear generation making an essential, low carbon, safe, and economic contribution to the future energy mix.
